Strider Bikes

 My daughter LOVES this bike and has been growing beautifully with it! She glides along with her helmet and is really getting the hang of the balance. She just turned 3 and has had it for over a year. I just keep raising the seat as her legs grow. She rides the bike at a fast enough pace to allow me to walk a speed through the neighborhood. Both of us get a great workout! Sometimes I rollerblade while she bikes, and she can keep up. She feels like a big kid and it has major "cool" factor with adults and kids alike. This is the ultimate toddler gift! Solid construction, gorgeous design, lightweight AND sturdy.

 Oh my god! The kid only got it Sunday and is already trying to glide along - getting quicker every day. I've been pushing him along when hes tired and showing him where to put his feet and he keeps trying it himself everytime we get to a slope!
Its brilliant! Its the only one we've seen where the seat starts so low - I think everyone thinks the wooden ones are so much cuter - but realisticlly toddlers just want to be big boys and girls and the Strider is so much like a big bike they love it.
Its the first thing he gets on in the morning! Its so light hes able to pick it up and carry it where ever he wants to get.

I've unpacked the box and taken a look inside and played with the cute bell! But not put it together yet! It looks great from what I can tell and considering my "nearly 2 year old" has just started gliding on his scooter!!! I can't wait for him to have the bike on his birthday, very very excited - think the metal rather than wooden option is a very good one.
